Brohn Homes – Salesforce Pardot Email Campaigns
We partnered with Brohn Homes to help optimize their CRM funnel and bulletproof their email campaigns. Starting with a comprehensive audit of their current efforts, we identified multiple opportunities for improvement and got to work redesigning the visual language of their promotional emails. Then we went under the hood on Salesforce to clean up the code – using HTML and CSS to build elegant, responsive and accessible email templates. Once we were able to optimize the visual assets and the working code, we could build emails that were "nightmode-proof" resulting in increased open and click-through rates at significantly lower CPC metrics across all promotional campaigns.
Overall, the spring and summer promotional campaigns included over 1,000,000 individual sends using the HTML-optimized templates. As a result, the brand saw an increase in web traffic, hashtag uses and engagements. More importantly, the optimized templates increased the likelihood of the brand living top-of-mind for consumers right as macroeconomic conditions brightened and the borrowing environment became more favorable.
In addition, the Unlimited Design Subscription from TND INTL LLC outperformed Brohn's other slow moving, over-specialized third-party vendors, rendering their services redundant and ultimately, unnecessary, saving Brohn over 50% in labor costs MoM. The radically simplified approach helped encourage a more nimble production environment and dramatically reduced overall time to market while increasing overall sends.
