Hi, I'm Joe, CEO & Founder of TND INTL LLC.

TND stands for “The Nile Design” which is the pseudonym I’ve been using as a freelancer since 2007. INTL is an abbreviation for “International”, representing the global reach of my portfolio and the vendor network which I’ve developed in that time. LLC is strictly for legal and tax purposes. As the corporate landscape shifted from driving shareholder value to delivering stakeholder consensus during the global pandemic, I saw an opportunity to forge a different path for myself through entrepreneurship – founding TND INTL LLC in July of 2022.

My creative talents have led to an acclaimed career in the arts, but my proprietary creative process is what drives the most value for my clients. My thesis on creativity asserts that better, faster and cheaper outcomes are possible when exceptional talents adhere to that optimized framework. More simply, I believe that creativity is a muscle as opposed to magic; and that when we look at the challenges that businesses face with determination, even small teams can tackle large problems.

Last year, we combined this disruptive approach to creative production with a fractional support blueprint and lean operations principles to offer clients something new – a design subscription service that can actually replace your marketing agency retainer. "The Unlimited Design Subscription" is our flagship product, helping us ruthlessly simplify the marketing budgets of our partners while radically increasing their creative bandwidth. Our subscription clients collaborate 1:1 with a dedicated, English native-speaking, Texas-based (CST) Senior Design Operator across an unlimited number of meetings, projects and changes within a fractional allotment of billable hours each week. And the results have been incredible!
