
Waxxpot – Franchise Development Strategy & New Store Opening Playbook
When Columbus, OH based personal care brand Waxxpot needed help updating their Franchise Development strategy and New Store Opening (NSO) playbook they turned to TND INTL LLC to get the job done. We assisted their Franchise Development team in overhauling some of their more outdated assets, starting with their Discovery Deck & NSO presentations. Once we succeeded in elevating those initial touchpoints, we extended the new look and feel to the rest of their digital outreach and franchise sales materials. Lastly, we developed a retail promotional framework that spanned email campaigns, print collateral, store signage and digital ads that were optimized for system-wide customization and deployment.
